Get a lot of rest and drink lots of water. While it's not covid a common flu can be much more overwhelming if you let it fester. Hope you get well soon. :)

Aye thanks! I've been drinking warm water each day and basically had to be in my bed for most of the time hopefully things get better in the next few days.
