Hey hey guys I caught the Flu or Cold and have been feeling like shit for the past 3 days, tested to see if I had Covid instead both times came out negative so that's nice I guess.
Can't focus on work at all, sleeping properly is difficult as well because my nose just starts flaring up or I just keeping wheezing. Hopefully it goes away soon and take care to those that are also having to deal with the Flu cause apparently it is the season for it right now~
If your nose is stuffy, I find that if you pinch your nose, blow gently into them while still pinched for 10 seconds, release, you should be able to breathe thru them a bit and suck in all that yucky mucus.

Nose is stuffy pinching my nose does relieve the burning but after a few minutes the burning sensation returns, it's been slightly better now as the days go by but it's quite the rude awakening to wake up feeling so much pain in the nose and thanks!
Flu is a common disease, you can just put something hot in your back or just cover yourself in a blanket

Get a lot of rest and drink lots of water. While it's not covid a common flu can be much more overwhelming if you let it fester. Hope you get well soon. :)

Aye thanks! I've been drinking warm water each day and basically had to be in my bed for most of the time hopefully things get better in the next few days.
